8qqee Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 8qqee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the website accessible at 8qqee.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any manner using the 8qqee platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 8qqee at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You undertake to keep this information accurate and up to date throughout the duration of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

8qqee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, or valid government-issued photo identification. Supporting address verification may also be required.

All deposits and withdrawals on 8qqee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved banking partners.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 8qqee account are available for wagering once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account. 8qqee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to verified accounts only. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. We target processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within 3–5 business days for bank transfers, subject to the requirements of the recipient institution.

Withdrawal conditions: Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal request relating to bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to active wagering requirements will result in automatic cancellation of the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

• 8qqee reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-value.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in the name of the 8qqee account holder — are strictly prohibited.
• 8qqee does not accept deposits made from credit facilities provided by third-party lenders. Deposits must be made from funds that belong to the account holder.
• Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

8qqee offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general principles apply to all bonuses on the platform unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 8qqee contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The specific contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, minimum odds requirements apply. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time.
• Abuse: 8qqee monitors player behaviour for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on high-return games to deplete wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, and exploiting technical errors. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended.

All games available on 8qqee are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that the rules of that game are governed by the provider's published game rules, which take precedence over any other description of the game appearing on the 8qqee platform.

The outcome of all RNG (Random Number Generator) based games is determined solely by certified random number generation software. 8qqee does not modify, influence, or adjust game outcomes after game rounds have commenced. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all RNG-based games reflect the provider's certified figures.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 8qqee's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding record for all purposes, including dispute resolution.

• Bets placed after a game round has closed or after a sporting event has concluded are void. 8qqee will return the stake for any such bet without winnings.
• Where a game malfunctions or is interrupted due to a technical fault, all bets relating to the interrupted game round are void and stakes are returned to players.
• 8qqee reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or with incorrect game configurations arising from human error or technical error, provided that such action is taken promptly and communicated to affected players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8qqee platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments; misrepresenting your identity; providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the 8qqee platform to launder, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity. 8qqee is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to applicable authorities.
• Match Fixing & Manipulation: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have a material interest in the outcome, or exploiting insider information regarding sporting events.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to automate gameplay, place bets, or interact with the platform without human action.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or live dealer game.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, software errors, misconfigured odds, or technical malfunctions. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider in relation to deposits made to 8qqee. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Underage Access: Knowingly allowing any person under the age of 21 to access, register on, or use your 8qqee account.

8qqee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 8qqee.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected by 8qqee — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history — is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, fulfilling KYC obligations, improving platform performance, and communicating with you about your account and eligible promotions.

8qqee does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, and fraud prevention agencies strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations. All data is transmitted under SSL encryption.

8qqee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous uptime and service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, acts of government, or natural events) may result in temporary unavailability.

In all circumstances, 8qqee's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with a specific dispute shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your 8qqee account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or withdrawal verification requirements.

8qqee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A player is found to be ineligible to hold an account (including underage registration);
• Fraudulent, money-laundering, or collusive activity is detected or suspected;
• A player is on a self-exclusion list;
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed by 8qqee due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to a bonus condition remain returnable subject to the outcome of any investigation.

8qqee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to players via email or a prominent notice displayed upon login prior to the effective date of the change. Minor amendments, typographical corrections, or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights may be made without prior notification.

Your continued use of the 8qqee platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is the version currently in force. Previous versions are archived and available upon request by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of the 8qqee platform.

Any unresolved disputes between a player and 8qqee shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] detailing the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, and the remedy sought. 8qqee will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days of receipt of a complete complaint.
